Research Position Openings
PhD Students: We seek highly motivated and hard-working graduate students to conduct research in the field of nanostructured semiconductor materials and devices. Demonstrated creativity and independent research ability are preferred. Successful RA candidates should have excellent academic records, strong desire to succeed, and great work ethic. Post-Doc Position: Qualified applicants should have a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Materials Science, Chemistry, or other related disciplines. Strong publication record is required. Prior background and experience in MOCVD or MBE epitaxial growth, semiconductor material characterization and device fabrication are highly preferred.
